Countdown to the inevitable: FOX "News" fans universally embarrassed

Bill O'Reilly is clearly retarded.  No way he'd have knowingly set himself up for such an obvious debunking.

Thank you, Media Matters (though, yes, HuffPost polluted it with their logo):

Over time FAUX News' laughability increases.  This is a universal constant.  Most of us will be around when this "news" network is something every fan of which is embarrassed to admit liking.  That day is not very far off.

Uh, Just checked the ratings for today, and Fox news had more viewers than CNN, MSNBC, CNBC and HLN COMBINED. I Don't think it is going away.

You should send this video to Senator Coburn's office. I'm sure they would be very interested in getting this out on mainstream media.

People who watch this crap have no interest in reality. They will watch whatever tells them what they want to hear. I spent about 5 years working with a bunch of Republicans and thy have always had these crazy beliefs, like Clinton was going to declare martial law to indefinitely delay elections, but never before have they been so openly crazy (aside from Rush). This country truly is full of morons if the Jerry Springer of news is king.

So the real issue is you could go to jail if you don't have it according to the bill. Read it yourself. Fox news exposed it.

I realize your point is that O'Reilly seems to have been caught making a mistake on the air, but it seems to me that the fact that jail time is a real consequence trumps this.

I must odjest to the opening statements. I know quite a few people who are retarded and they are quite joyful and innocent souls. I don't see why you should be comparing O'Reilly with them.

Incidently, the Insurance companies are remaining rather silent in the debate about CORPORATE-Care. I imagine it's because they had the healthcare bill watered down exactly to their liking. What is sad is that after the Right had their demands met, they slapped the name Obama on the healthcare package and pretend it is anything resembling socialized medicine.

O'Reilly has taught me, through his horrible example at being a conversationalist, to listen closely to others who disagree with me. I never state my opinion as fact. And I look up information for myself and for the benefit of the person I'm debating.

Thank you, Mr. O'Reilly, for showing us all how not to act.

If you weren't so busy ignoring reality so that you could pretend to debunk somebody, I bet you'd find that every single one of those people were talking in a sense of speculation. You see, we Conservatives feel that speculating about what could very well happen is better than ignoring the reality of what could happen until it's too late to do something about it.

Also, I really don't see what you're complaining about, speculating or not, it really doesn't matter, it' still likely you'll serve jail time. I mean what do you think they're going to do when you don't pay the fine for the same reason you can't buy health insurance? What do you think is going to happen? You're a smart liberal, or so you think you are. So what will happen, yeah, the same thing that happens whenever someone can't or won't pay their legal fees, they'll be arrested and serve their legal fees in jail. Yeah, that's right, in jail.

You liberals sure do love your semantics. Jail is jail, you go there for not paying your fines that you incurred because you couldn't afford health insurance, ultimately, you're going to . . . come on even a liberal can get this one . . . that's right, jail, ultimately for not buying health insurance. Just because the legal term says, "didn't pay legal dues," doesn't mean that not buying insurance wasn't the underlying reason.

And then you tell me this. Lets say we all get on board with this, how many people refusing to buy insurance you think it'll take before Democrats make a case for strengthening the law in forcing people to buy insurance. Perhaps like they do with car insurance now? You know when you can go to jail if you get too many tickets for driving without insurance, and in some places they can take you right to . . . that's right, jail.

You liberals, it's like you completely forget or ignore the reality of historical government. It happens in levels. You allow one thing, and eventually that step you would have barked against, you'll allow later, after getting used to the current level.

Jail is painful reality here. Just like Death Panels with a universal health care system. Oh sure, they won't be called death panels, but who do you think is going to determine a person's priority in a stretched out health care system where so many need medicine and care? I board of officials are going to make those decisions. What's another word for "board of officials?" That's right, a panel of officials. And when they determine that your grandpa can't get the medicine he needs, and must take a lesser effective, but more readily available medication, they've essentially condemned your grandpa to and earlier death, i.e. this panel decided that your grandfather wasn't high enough on priority to be enabled to live longer, i.e. what would you call it? I know you Liberals love your semantics, so what would you call it when a panel decides your grandpa is too old to warrant his life-saving meds in favor of giving them to younger people? I'd call it anything like a death panel because that's what they essentially have become, even if they're called board of medical regents or something.
